HR

Duties

– Monthly Payroll including; Time & Attendance, Overtime, Advances & Service Charge. 

– Tracking of Vacation, Leave & Sick days 

– ETF/EPF Calculations

– Liaison with ETF/EPF Departments on all related matters 

– Preparation & Submission of ETF EPF Remittances
– Maintain personnel records in conjunction with company HR consultant & HR Lawyer

– Grievance Handling including; Conduct & Coordinate Disciplinary and Incident Interviews, Investigations, Issue warning letters 

– Implementation of & Adherence by employees of existing Company Codes of Conduct/Policies

– New employee recruitment including placing advertisements, compiling CV’s, Screening, arranging interviews

– New Employee Inductions

– Prepare & Maintain relevant HR communications including; Appointment letters, certificates, new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications

– Arrange staff Training as required. 

– Conduct exit interviews

– Other duties as required by management
